Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation :
- A booking is confirmed only after the customer pays 40% of the total service fee in advance.
- The advance payment must be completed before the chef arrives at the location.
Final Payment :
- The remaining 60% of the payment must be made when the chef finishes the service and is about to leave the customer’s premises.
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund of the advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the 40% advance.
Rescheduling :
- Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. Subject to chef availability.
Service Guarantee :
- While we ensure the highest standards, DailChef is not liable for taste preferences or if ingredients are not provided as discussed.
Customer Responsibilities :
- Customers must provide a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Basic utensils and gas stove should be in working condition unless cleaning or equipment rental is pre-booked.
Safety & Conduct :
- Our chefs are trained and verified. Customers must treat staff with respect and provide a safe environment.
Damages :
- Any intentional damage to chef’s tools or belongings will be chargeable.
Chef Substitution :
- In rare cases, if a chef is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement chef will be provided.
Additional Charges :
Any last-minute extension of service time or additional dishes requested may incur extra charges.
